What to Expect from an Aerial Pilates Class
Aerial Pilates is a fun and specially tailored workout on aerial slings.
Classes aim to improve: core strength, alignment, dynamic balance, active flexibility and injury recovery time.
Every class is different as it revolves around the unique needs of the participants.
To make sure that I can give individual attention, the class size is small and capped at a maximum of six participants
Class starts at 10am on Friday morning and costs £25.
